Was originally going to upgrade my brake master cylinder to brembo rcs corsa corta 19mm. Until a buddy of mine told me that i should get galepeed master cylinder since WSB prefer to use the gale speed over brembo rcs corsa corta. Also there are some price difference gale speed being a little bit more expensive. i've done a few research here in there and youtube that galespeed had better reviews that brembo corsa corta but i could not find anyone here with SC77 with gale speed master cylinder? TIA!

I was just trying to decide to change to a Brembo front master over the stock master. Stock it was very good on braking but I liked the adjustability of the RCS17 CorsaCorta master so installed one and I like the modulation feel of the Brembo, easier to control the braking pressure. Never tried a Galespeed on anything so I can't give you a comparison between the two. But you can't go wrong with the Brembo.

I’m about to upgrade to GaleSpeed Elaborate VRE 19 with matching clutch perch.
I’m currently running Brembo RCS 19 Corsa Corta, because my Beringer front brake calipers required it.
While I like the Brembo, the solid billet GaleSpeed is higher quality for sure.
Some race teams have stripped the Brembo RCS19 CC on the first tightening. Blowing out the threads in the body. Not the hardware.
And they swear up and down that they definitely did not over tighten anything because the bolt wasn’t even completely inside the body yet.
My Brembo set up with the matching clutch lever has been good to me. Although I don’t like long levers, it’s not really an issue. The performance has been great.
But if there’s room for improvement?
you have my attention!

Brembo do forged and billet options (for drug money). I personally dont like the RCS19 CC lever and opted for the RC19 (non CC) much nicer lever and honestly one its set i NEVER have wanted to change the feel so the adjustment is a mute point imo.
I was tempted to run an Accossato master, which is another option.

Yes I noticed that!
Seems harmless enough.
Thx for that info.
As I mentioned, I have the full RCS19 Corsa Corta setup on my bike now.
With the matching clutch perch/ levers.
I may have gone for the better quality Brembo, had I’ve been more aware at the time of purchase.
But I’ve got my mind set on the Galespeed set up now…
👍
The order was started a couple weeks ago…

Bummer. Hate to see a busted up bike. I did it on my 86 VFR750 and was able to take it apart and then replace all the damaged parts with new and used parts from Ebay and aftermarket parts to improve it. Just an expensive effort.
Good luck man. At least it looks like the really expensive parts survived.
