How much are you paying for Insurance?

I saw this on another site and thought it would be interesting to see ppl's replies.

I am currently paying around $620/yr for full coverage (comprehensive and collision) and $1000 deductible.

BTW, I have checked with nearly every other company out there and this is by far the cheapest. Progressive, for example, wanted $108/month.

I have an 08 CBR1000RR. I am 27 and live in Hawaii, which means you have to have an addition to your policy not required else where.

BTW, I have the Multi-policy discount, motorcycle safety course discount, and good driver discount. I still pay over $600 a year with $1000 deductible.

In OCT (i hit the big 25) i will get full coverage for 36$ a month from state farm.

I have a clean driving record. I have my house, and 2 cars all at the same place. I also have a garage everything is keep in with ADT. I live in a small crap town.

I dont know what the deal is but every state farm i call gives me a different price. It just happens to be the state farm in my town is the lowest i have ever seen.

I was with progressive, I was paying $630 / year for my 2 Harley's both full coverage with a $500 deductible. When I bought the 1000 and got rid of one of the Harleys, I called Progressive and they boosted my premium to over $1200 a year. I called an Allstate agent and am now paying $680/year with $500 deductible for one Harley and the CBR1000.

3300 a year for full coverage with 1k deductible with progressive through usAa. I have great driving record, never had a speeding ticket 28 male with great credit and bike is kept in a garage with alarm.... I wanted to tell them to f off.

Guess I'll try state farm and see how low they'll go. This was for a 12 s1krr but it shouldn't be that much of a difference from the blade.

$54.67 per month full coverage with $1,000.00 deductable through Geico for my 08 1KRR.
I originally had a $500.00 deductable and the amount per month was $72.80 per month. Needed to save a few bucks so I upped the deductable. Used to have Progressive with my old ZZR600 and when I switched to the CBR they upped my monthly payment to $160.00 per month!!! I dropped them faster than a Diareah dump after a Taco Bell Dinner!!!

When was looking at a new left over 2010 I was quoted over $400/mo and $700 deposit by progressive which is who I have for car and home. Over $200/mo by state farm so I had to stop in the middle of working the deal with the dealer because couldn't and wouldn't pay more for ins than the bike is worth. To top it off I havent had a ticket in over 4 years and none on my record, no crashes, nothing since I started driving. Finally got a quote from dairyland for $80/mo full coverage w/ $1000 deductible on a used 08 through an independent agent
